Intermax Hosting for Imprest Cloud Solution

The Intermax Imprest Cloud Solution is a cloud-based stock counting and inventory system designed to help hospitals and healthcare organisations manage their stock more efficiently.

Healthcare staff use Android handheld barcode scanners to select a hospital, ward or storage location, scan products and enter stock quantities. The system supports Imprest counts, partial stocktakes and full stocktakes, while checking items against approved product lists to help reduce counting errors.

Once a count is completed, the information is securely transferred to the customer’s existing inventory, ERP or database system, allowing organisations to improve their stocktake process without replacing their current backend systems.

The solution is hosted and managed by Intermax, so customers do not need to maintain their own Imprest server or manage the technical environment themselves. Intermax can manage the cloud hosting, application updates, Android devices, remote device management, system monitoring and technical support.

This gives customers a complete managed solution where their team can focus on counting and managing stock, while Intermax takes care of the technology behind the system.
