Zebra RS6100 SE55 Bluetooth Wearable 2D Barcode Scanner
The Zebra RS6100 RS61B0-KEDSXWR is a compact, rugged wearable barcode scanner designed to improve productivity in scan-intensive environments such as warehouses, distribution centres, manufacturing facilities and cold-storage operations.
Equipped with Zebra’s SE55 1D/2D Advanced Range scan engine with IntelliFocus technology, the RS6100 can capture barcodes from approximately 5 cm to 12.2 metres, depending on barcode type and size. This wide scanning range allows workers to scan items in hand as well as labels located on high warehouse racks without changing devices.
The scanner connects wirelessly using Bluetooth 5.2 with Bluetooth Low Energy, providing cordless operation with compatible Zebra mobile computers, tablets, wearables and other Bluetooth-enabled devices. NFC Tap-to-Pair also helps simplify pairing with compatible Zebra equipment.
This configuration includes an extended 735 mAh PowerPrecision+ battery and double-trigger assembly. Zebra specifies operation from -30°C to 50°C with the extended battery, making this model suitable for cold rooms, freezers and other demanding temperature-controlled environments.
The RS6100 is also designed for industrial durability, with IP65 sealing, resistance to repeated 1.8-metre drops onto concrete, and a lightweight wearable form factor that helps keep workers’ hands free during picking, receiving, sorting and inventory tasks.
